HYDRAULIC BODY CREATES OVER 10,000 PSI OF PRESSURE allowing technicians to recrimp existing hose assemblies that might have a leak. DIES ALLOW FOR AN OE DESIGN 6 SEGMENTED CRIMP to ensure no leaks. EASY TO USE HYDRAULIC HAND-HELD PUMP crimps the hose fitting in under 10 pumps. 1 x AC Hose Crimper. 1 Pair of gloves. 1 x Carrying case. Package Size: 46 x 37 x 12cm. Remove pin and loose the handle till you can “Open” top yoke. Select correct die set. Insert the die into joke. Position fitting and hose in the crimper and close the yoke. Turn Body of tool clock wise until dies are snug against hose fitting. Turn hydraulic valve to “closed” position. Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose. Continue pumping until handle comes to a stop. Once crimp is complete, turn hydraulic valve to OPEN position. Be Sure To Select Correct Size Die Set to avoid Leakage or Failure Of Crimping! Insert Dies Into Yoke. Position Fitting And Hose In Crimper And Close Top Yoke. Make Sure Pin Snaps Securely Into Place Before Crimping Process Is Started. Place The Body Of The Tool Against A Solid Body To Create More Leverage During The Crimping Process. Once Crimp Is Complete, Turn Hydraulic Valve To OPEN Position.
