This is a super nice set of three hollow augers, all sorted, fettled and honed. I replaced the original screws with brass machine screws (but I might still I have the originals if you want them). The blades are all honed razor sharp with a mirror-like flatness on the back, are near full-length, and show no pitting. I found it useful to have three so that I can set each for the size I wanted and leave it for the duration of the project. Having three all the same design also means that you can quickly learn how to dial it in for the just the right fit. It is not common to find a set like this that is in ready-to-use condition.
