A MERIT brand hollow auger for manual bit brace with its original paint and RARE ORIGINAL BOX, totally complete and working. A cone pointer, spoke pointer, spindle starting tool for bit brace. A dye 5/8 dowel thread cutter for wood threading, I’ve lost the tap. Very useful set of tools to have to make moving things of wood, like wheels and whatnot. The last picture is a sample I made with these tools in black walnut to show, start with the hollow pointer, then set the hollow auger at 5/8, run it down to make a spindle end, then thread it with the threader.

Some of these I used one time while making the tenons of a stool, some other I only used them to test cut when I first got them. The veritas tenon cutters are in the 3/8″ and 5/8″ sizes. And the 3/8 is a tapered cutter. The veritas tapered reamers are one big and one small. The angle of the big one is 12.8 degrees and can ream out an existing hole of between 7/16 and 1 3/16 in diameter. The smaller reamer (3/16″-3/4″) also has an angle of 12.8 degrees. It will match the angle of the tapered tenon cutter. And the ray Illes rounding plane is the 1 size.
