Vintage Soviet Metal Tools. INVOLUTE GEAR MILLING MODULE CUTTERS USSR, class A R18 M0.7 20′ 22″- 4 pcs and 9HS M0.7 20′ 22″ class B – 2 pcs. Made in the USSR. Tool is in excellent vintage condition! Milling cutters are made of high-speed steel P6M5, P9, P18, and also with the addition of cobalt Co 5% according to GOST 3664-69. Grooving cutters are made whole and with insert knives. Used for the manufacture of grooves. Milling cutters with the addition of cobalt or with insert knives made of hard alloy are used in the milling of high alloy and stainless steels.
